个人简介

黄春帅,现任中国科学院上海药物研究所/中科环渤海(烟台)药物高等研究院研究员、课题组长。2018年6月博士毕业于中国科学院南海海洋研究所海洋生物学专业,后于2018年10月至2023年4月在美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校Carl R. Woese基因组生物学研究所进行博士后研究,并于2023年4月加入中国科学院上海药物研究所/中科环渤海(烟台)药物高等研究院工作。主要从事微生物天然产物挖掘及其生物合成途径解析等研究。在Nat Commun、PNAS、Angew Chem Int Ed、JACS Au 等国际期刊发表论文二十余篇,其中第一作者(含共一)9篇。

科研成果

多年来围绕活性天然产物的结构多样性发现,从挖掘特殊生境海洋微生物资源到利用合成生物学技术构建药源微生物暗物质高效挖掘平台,进一步系统解析新颖独特天然产物生物合成机制,取得了一系列重要研究成果,包括:

1.首次解析了difluostatin类化合物的二聚机制用于创制新型抗生素;

2.搭建了有“基因簇捕手”之称的BGC直接克隆技术平台CAPTURE;

3.首次破译了新颖二聚骨架结构bipentaromycins的生物合成起源,鉴定了参与立体/区域选择性氢化和甲基化的酶。
