科研成果

1. 揭示了局部脑区神经元突触结构重塑在吗啡成瘾记忆形成中的作用及调控机制。

2. 揭示了强啡肽/kappa阿片受体系统在编码负性情绪中的作用及涉及的分子机制和神经环路。

3. 以kappa受体为靶标开发了多个镇痛、止痒和戒毒先导化合物。
